![]() Frank J. De Luca, Ph.D. Frank De Luca brings fresh thinking, authentic and heart-felt relationship, integrated problem solving, and creative methods that produce spiritually enlivened results. Drawing from his experience as an organizational consultant, from clinical training in psychotherapy, and from doctoral studies in integral psychology, Frank is able to bring proven methods and integrative approaches to the clients he serves through teaching, coaching and consulting. Frank has worked as a consultant and group facilitator for the past thirty years. From 1976 to 1986, he served as senior trainer for Actualizations, designing and conducting transformational workshops in personal effectiveness and interpersonal relationships throughout the United States. He has worked as an independent organizational development consultant since 1986, facilitating processes such as conflict resolution, team building, and strategic planning. His clients have included Kaiser Permanente, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Fisons Pharmaceuticals, First Interstate Bank, J. Walter Thompson Advertising, and several small to medium-sized firms working in creative fields. Frank earned a doctorate in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. His groundbreaking research profiled the mindsets and behavior of individuals who integrate their spiritual aspirations with their professional lives. He became licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 1998 and maintains a clinical practice in Carmel and San Francisco. In addition to his clinical and organizational work, Frank is a speaker and author. As the co-chair of the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) community group on the Monterey Peninsula, he organizes and facilitates programs that integrate new paradigm thinking with everyday living. |
