Executive Consulting

“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
– Albert Einstein

Dilemma: A state in which evils or obstacles present themselves on every side, and it is difficult to determine what course to pursue; a vexatious alternative or predicament; a difficult choice or position.

In Executive Consulting we look at particular dilemmas or challenges you face in leading your organization or company. It could be about a career decision, leadership challenges or some area where you feel stuck, unable to see clearly enough to make a decision. The goal of coaching is to transform the dilemma into a dynamic journey that integrates personal values with meaningful actions.

The coaching that I do utilizes elements of business planning, cognitive-behavioral therapy, the Enneagram and leadership principles to help you become clearer in your thinking, confident in your decision-making, and motivated to take action to deal with your dilemmas. The work is designed for indivuals who understand that professional development and leadership are intricately tied to self-awareness.

In a light-hearted and confidential environment, I will provide you with the structure, tools, support and to see yourself more clearly and the encouragement to act from your authentic self.

How is this done?

In ten 90-minute sessions, we begin by clarifying your dilemma and your aspiration. From here, we build a plan, week by week, for you to move ahead, taking action at your own pace. We use some or all of the following methods:

  • Goal setting and project planning
  • Discussions regarding personal change
  • Visualization and imagination seeding
  • Examining inhibiting core beliefs, assumptions, and worldviews
  • Reading and research
  • Journaling
  • Integrative actions (action research)

COACHING DEVELOPS CLARITY, CONFIDENCE, COMPASSION -- AND PRODUCES REAL RESULTS.

Cost: $2500.00 for ten sessions
